
General Responsibilities
- Be sensitive to the program needs of all missions, and, so far as possible, provide properties to serve those needs.
- Maintain all properties in good condition.
- Anticipate repair and replacement needs of all properties and so inform church board.
- Secure (with Board approval) custodial help as needed and supervise their work.
- Make recommendations to the church board of any additional facilities needed.
- See that adequate insurance is carried on all church properties.
